that I may be permitted to draw the full Salary of
the Office of First Clerk as allowed to all the First
Clerks in the Service of
the
Colony - viz: $1926 per annum. I trust that considering the length of my
Service extending to a period of 21 years, I may
be permitted in the event of His Excellency The
Governor being pleased to grant
the above request
to retain the personal allowance which I now draw.
I beg to annexe for His Excellency's information
a Table Showing the emoluments drawn by
the various Officers of my department.
